Ycad is a library of CAD functions in Java. Currently only DXF is supported for reading, viewing and writing. The DXF drawing may be rendered to a Graphics object for printing or imaging.

The DXF viewer is a Java program which displays DXF and SHX files. It runs under every machine which supports at least Java 1.5 (also known as Java 5). Being a Java program means that it'll run under on any computer for which a Java Virtual Machine version 1.5 is available. At the moment this means all major PC operation systems including Windows, Linux and MacOS.

Kabeja is a Java library for parsing, processing and converting Autodesk's DXF format. You can use Kabeja from the CommandLine or embed into your application. All parsed data are accessible with the DOM-like API. The processing system allows you to process, filter (e.g. XSLT) and convert DXF drafts to different output formats (SVG, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, XML).
